About dr. amanda Christensen

Dr. Amanda Christensen has a PhD in Business Management and an MBA. She has 20+ years of international experience in the design and delivery of teaching, training, and leadership development programs and more than 20 years’ experience leading teams and conducting research. Amanda has 25 peer-reviewed scholarly publications. She has held senior research, teaching, and consulting roles in the private sector, academia, and government, with experience leading Department of Defense (DoD) programs (with Top Secret [TS] clearance), as a business school professor, and in metals manufacturing. Amanda has spoken at numerous events and has advised CEOs, top management teams, and boards of directors. Specializations include leadership, creativity and innovation, employee well-being, management, and organizational behavior.
